Corbieres Blanc, Chateau La Bastide 2023 Region_Dorset being delicious when young althoughCorbires is perhaps better known for its red wines but this is an excellent example of its whites, from an historic property in the far north of the region, just to the south of Minervois. A blend of typical south of France varieties are aged on their lees for six months, a portion fermented in new oak barrels to give extra richness and complexity, producing a rounded, medium bodied white, floral and aromatic with bright, ripe fruit and underlying
