Type 4 Housing Tie - Vista VE4 Length & Quantity:275mm (126-150 cavity) - Pack of 50 Heavy section self-drilling screws forOverview The VE4 is a BBA approved light duty housing tie. They are suitable for domestic building heights up to 10m on flat sites up to 150m altitude above sea level with a basic wind speed of up to 27m s. The tie is manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel to provide excellent corrosion resistance. These ties are tested to Type A (sound) and Type 4 (strength) to BS EN 845 1.
